Open your Protool project and check there your password setting : "systems > Settings > SuperVisor".How to get in Siemens Simatic OP17 Operaotr Panel transfer mode?
you can do it by power off panel. Push and hold the following buttons ESC and 'Button up'.Then power on panel and then you can release buttons. Panel is now in Transfer mode.
